Our volunteers are vital to Start Fresh and they make it possible to continue assisting refugee families here in Connecticut.
When it is safe to hold face-to-face events, in-person volunteer meetings will be held at St. James Church, 76 Federal St, New London, CT.

Clothing - Clothes shopping, thrift stores, clothing donations
Administration - Complete paperwork to submit to IRIS
Social Services - Help family apply for benefits
Legal Team - Help clients with their legal status
Fundraising - Organize fundraising efforts, partner with other organizations
Grant Writing - Identify & apply for grants
